Customer Service Representative - Automotive Parts Mississauga 2082806

We are hiring for a Dealer Support Coordinator based in our Markham location. Preference will be given to those with experience in the automotive industry and possess strong Microsoft Office skills.


Reporting to the Information & Dealer Support Manager, the Dealer Support Coordinator supports and assists all dealer parts employees, internal staff and managers while maintaining service levels and standards that meet corporate objectives.


  • Respond to dealer inquiries in a professional, timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations as necessary
  • Respond to dealer parts catalogue inquiries and various parts related inquiries
  • Assist dealers with ordering process
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with dealers to provide technical support as required
  • Provide parts technical customer service support for dealers on issues related to product identification, supply inquiries, catalogue requests, etc.
  • Coordinate with other departments as necessary to initiate solutions to dealer concerns
  • Resolve dealer inquiries including claims, invoicing, parts order discrepancies, parts price, back orders, and catalogue lookup
  • Handle dealer inquires on damages and transportation issues as required
  • Maintain accurate records of all inquiries and processing actions
  • Promote dealer satisfaction while following policies and maintaining service level standards
  • Make recommendations to enhance work flow and improve customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum 5 years of being awesome
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service call centre environment
  • Bilingual ( English/French) considered a strong asset
  • Experience in the automotive industry with a thorough knowledge of automotive parts is required
  • Diploma in automotive field considered an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Must be team oriented and customer service focused
  • Solid organization and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
