ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

LOCATION: Nisku, AB

Job Purpose
Create, maintain and organize supporting documentation for customers as required. Support Branch Operations in various administrative and/or warehouse related duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not all inclusive)
  • Prepare supporting document packages for all required shipments and/or returns to/from Branch;
  • Process and produce all Requests for Information from associates and clients;
  • Organize and maintain appropriate documents in accordance with policies;
  • Assemble customer order from stock and package orders in boxes and pallets as per customer requirements;
  • Pick orders for delivery and stock-to-stock transfer or transfer to packing area;
  • Prepare documentation for couriers and general customer shipments;
  • Adhere to required safety policies, guidelines and training;
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with safety policies

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

ANY COMBINATION OF REQUIREMENTS WHICH PROVIDE KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES NECESSARY TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE CONSIDERED

  • High School Diploma and ability to read and write English fluently;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize job duties and handle multiple tasks;
  • Ability to establish good rapport with branch employees, department personnel, and other corporate employees using written correspondence, proper phone etiquette, professional interpersonal skills and other effective interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Access and Word;
  • Demonstrated competence in the use of computers and basic typing skills;
  • A demonstrated exceptionally high level of attention to detail is required;
  • Basic math and reading skills;
  • Willingness to learn all basic functions of warehouse operations and business processes;

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status;
  • Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries;
  • Ability to understand and comply with guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
