Experienced Applicator & Operations Associate

Join our team for a dynamic, hands-on role that blends equipment operation with plant and warehouse support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced agricultural environment. This role can be full-time seasonal (April–November) or full-time year-round, depending on candidate availability and fit.

Responsibilities:

Application Operations

  • Operate fertilizer and crop input application equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate application rates using onboard technology and GPS systems.
  • Perform daily inspection, calibration, and basic maintenance of application equipment.
  • Maintain detailed application records and comply with regulatory standards.

Plant & Warehouse Operations

  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and handling incoming inventory.
  • Support product blending, packaging, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Keep plant and warehouse areas clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Equipment & Facility Support

  • Perform general plant maintenance.
  • Assist with seasonal equipment prep and operational readiness.
  • Safely work at heights when required.

Customer Service & Team Support

  • Deliver excellent service to customers and internal team members.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Support other operational areas as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Valid DZ or AZ license.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and seasonal environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and work ethic.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience operating agricultural or application equipment.
  • Forklift experience or willingness to be trained.
  • Experience in agriculture, agronomy, or grain handling.
  • Familiarity with GPS and precision ag technology.

 

Benefits:

  • Competitive wages and performance incentives, $25-$30 based on experience.
  • Hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, please note extended hours will be required during peak seasons.
  • Health and dental benefits are provided for full time employees.
