Incound Call Centre Agent

About the Position:

We are seeking to add full-time permanent Inbound Call Centre Agent to join our client's team to provide the best service to people all across the country. We are seeking people who want to be the best and work for the best.

Required Duties:

- Taking incoming calls and assisting in the daily customer service with clients
- Answer questions in a timely manner while keeping clients happy and satisfied
- In coming calls only
- Respond to inquiries via email, text, online chat or phone

What you will need:

- Speak clear fluent English

- 6 months or more experience at a call centre or in customer service
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule of 5 days on, 2 days off
